Half a billion Skypers out there

VoIP is gaining momentum day by day. The figures prove it. Ebay has announced that its best investment ever, namely Skyp has surpassed half a billion users, reaching 521.000 subscriptions since its launch.

  1. I think that VoIP represent the future of telecommunications. the devolopement of interenet, and the low cost of this technology are the main reasons behind the progress of VoIP all over the world.

  2. I'm a great fan of skype. I used to call some country using skype credit and skype-skype call is totally free. But there have also several company which offers pc to pc free call, why I'm not using that? I use skype because of its quality.

  4. I am not a user of skype, I don't even know how it works, sorry I think I was stuck in a box since almost everyone is using that. But I get a chance I would love to use skype.

  5. I only use skype occasionally. However, it is nice to contact family members who also have a computer. Will Skype be the telephone of the future? Who knows, I remember when computers were to make paperless offices, and yet there's more paper than ever being used. Skype is good, but it's not everything. I think email and text messages out do Skype by a huge margin.
